In February 2021, the Irvine City Council passed an ordinance establishing limitations for third-party food delivery fees. The ordinance limits food delivery services to charging no more than 15% of the purchase price as a delivery fee for the customer; and limits fees to restaurants to no more than 5% of the purchase price. If you feel a delivery service is in violation of this ordinance, please use this form to report the incident.
